what do we do
USA DEV is an experienced M&A buy-side advisor and has executed many successful business transactions. There are several phases in our approach:

Phase 1 - Development of a target list
Based on your acquisition criteria, we will develop a solid list of target companies that meet your criteria in terms of capabilities, profitability, location and other criteria that you may have. Using our network, project specific research and available internet resources we will develop a list of approximately 30 to 40 target companies and identify the key decision makers.

Phase 2 - Outreach to target companies
Once you have approved the target list, we will reach out the target companies to discuss the opportunity and provide their feedback to you. The outreach will be done by a senior M&A professional. We invite the interested target companies to talk with you and we facilitate this introduction. The outreach process typically takes one to three months, whereby the majority of responses are expected during the first month. ​

Phase 3 - Acquisition & due diligence process
If you believe that after initial discussions one or more of the identified companies are acquisition targets of interest, and if there is a mutual desire in moving the process forward, we will assist your efforts in pursuing an acquisition. We will provide support in negotiations, coordinate visits and coordinate other due diligence activities until a successful closing.
